
GUEST EVENTS AND SPECIALTY DINING RESERVATIONS
Crystal is delighted to welcome members of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs aboard Crystal Symphony, departing Tokyo on 18 April, and we very much look forward to sharing this exceptional voyage with you.
To further enrich your journey, we have curated a series of exclusive experiences available only to our group. These include two private onboard events, as well as small-group specialty dining reservations across several evenings in Crystal Symphony’s renowned specialty restaurants.
Each experience has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate outstanding cuisine, convivial company, and unforgettable moments at sea.
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you complete the form below to:
- Confirm your attendance at the exclusive onboard events, and
- Indicate your preferred dining evenings for the ship’s specialty restaurants.
As availability is limited, advance planning is essential. Dining reservations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we ask that you nominate three preferred evenings for each restaurant. Your timely response will allow us to finalise arrangements and accommodate preferences wherever possible.

Specialty Dining Selections
Crystal Symphony’s specialty restaurants are small and intimate, offering an exceptional dining experience. As a result, our group dining reservations have been carefully scheduled across multiple evenings throughout the cruise to allow members to enjoy these venues together in relaxed, small-group settings.
Dining Entitlements
As part of your cruise booking, each guest is entitled to:
- One complimentary dinner at Nobu
- One complimentary dinner at Osteria
- Unlimited dining at Waterside Restaurant and Beefbar
To maximise flexibility and shared experiences, we have pre-booked dining across all four restaurants over four different nights.
Important Information
- Dining allocations will be assigned on a first received, best dressed basis.
- Submission of the form does not guarantee specific dining dates or times.
- Once all guest responses have been received, dining allocations will be finalised and confirmed.
- Your cruise fare includes one dining experience at Nobu and one at Osteria. Should you wish to dine at either restaurant more than once, a cover charge of USD $75 per person will apply for each additional visit.
Please note: if you have already made individual online reservations for these restaurants, you will need to choose between your personal booking or the group booking. Attending both will be considered a second visit and will incur the additional charge.
Waterside Restaurant
Waterside is the ship’s main dining venue and is open to all guests from 7:00pm each evening and have dining for the entire group for:
- A Welcome Dinner on the first evening, and
- A Farewell Dinner on the final night.
For your convenience, a copy of the cruise itinerary is provided below the form. This includes:
- Dates and times for specialty dining, and
- Details of all scheduled group dining events.
